"The Two Words that will always melt God's heart."

"Jesus asked, “Were not all ten cleansed? Where are the other nine?" (Luke 17: 17)

10 lepers were miraculously healed by Jesus, but only one returned to say, "Thank you."

The other nine appreciated the healing, they were grateful, they even knew the healing came from Jesus, yet they fell short in the physical expression of their gratitude.

Thanksgiving is a physical expression of an inner gratitude!

Everyone is grateful, but very few actually say, "Thank you!"

Everyone acknowledges the gift and even the Giver. But very few remember to say, "Thank you!"

Thanksgiving is to accept the gift and honor the Giver.

Yes, thanksgiving is to accept the gift and honor the Giver.

This is where we fall short as people. Many accept the gift but fail to express the honor.

Many are "grateful" or "appreciative," but failing to express this inner acceptance communicates ungratefulness!

Thanksgiving is expressing in words and actions the appreciation we feel within us.

This morning, Jesus is asking where are the other nine. Where are all those who accept the gift in their heart but fail to go on their knees to say, "Thank you!"

God knows we are grateful, but there is something magical about those two words!

God knows you appreciate His kindness but there is something about those two words that will always melt God heart!

Married couples know this too well. Thank you is always a winner! It never gets old, it always sounds and feels different!

Today as you go on your kness, say it like you mean it! Say it like you never said it before, with meaning and understanding!

Thank you Lord!

God richly bless you!
